ABOUT
The City Government of Kabankalan in its effort to address the need for quality education and help in the upliftment of the socio-economic conditions of its populace through the delivery of the basic services in support for academic excellence, created KCEAP to provide educational assistance to deserving beneficiaries/grantees for Senior High School, College and Higher Education.
As the city's primary thrust this primary program caters to the education for poor but deserving Kabankalanons with qualifying scholastic performance.
